🌼Spring Craft and Plant Sale🌱

Plant Sale this Saturday at Bickford Health Center on Main Street in Windsor Locks! A wide assortment of outdoor plants from Vinnie's Little Acre will be available. All proceeds from the plants and raffle will go to the recreation department. The Four A’s food truck will be on site along with some live music. Let me know how the Loaded Empanadilla tastes!

🧹Cleaning Savings🔌 Part 4

Air Conditioner Filter Cleaning
A clogged AC filter doesn’t just mean stuffy air—it means a higher utility bill. When your filter is dirty, airflow slows down and your system has to run longer to cool the same space. That can raise your energy use by 5% to 15% every month.
For central air systems, check your filter monthly during the cooling season and replace it at least every 90 days (more often with pets or allergies). If you use window units, remove the front panel and rinse the filter with warm water every couple of weeks—let it dry before reinserting.
Clean filters also reduce wear and tear on the system, help prevent breakdowns, and keep your indoor air noticeably fresher. A 5-minute task that keeps money in your pocket and your summer cool.
AC filter cleaning/replacement are part of Simply Pure Home Cleaners’s “Spring Cleaning” package!

🏢New Apartments Downtown🏫

New apartments often generate a lot of complaints but we have a severe housing shortage in the area. This will provide a place to live for a lot of people. I hope to see it happen.
